John Wilbanks

John Wilbanks started his ministry as a youth pastor for 6 years and associate pastor for 7 years. He served in several other facets of ministries as well. He  launched two churches where he pastored them for combination of 18 years.  He has spoken in many venues across the country and overseas for the past 36 years.  Pastor John worked hard to master his skills in pastoral ministries.  He studied leadership and theology at the Christian Leadership Institute.  He also went through level one and level two leadership strategies assessment/seminar instructed by The Flippen Group. John and his wife, Sally, have two Adult children: Allison and Austin.  John and Sally have been married for 29 years.

Sally Wilbanks

Sally Wilbanks is the co- founder of Pastors Prevention with her husband John. Sally started her ministry teaching a Sunday school class and singing in the choir.  Sally helped John while he was serving as a youth pastor and Associate pastor.   Sally was also right beside her husband John as they launched and lead two churches. for 18 years.  In addition to helping her husband, she has spoken in several venues and womens conferences. She is now helping her husband manage the Care Ministries and Next Steps Classes in their home church. Sally graduated from West Tn Business College. Sally and John, have two children: Allison and Austin.
